Dr. Ana Mannenbach, is a program administrator at Jackson County EI/ECSE. In her role she coordinates the eligibility evaluation team and supports the specialists (PTs, OTs, SLPs and SLPAs) in both the EI (birth-3) and ECSE (3-5) programs. Prior to serving as program administrator, Ana worked with children birth through 21 in both outpatient and school-based settings as a physical therapist.
When Ana’s not working, she enjoys adventuring with her husband and 3 kids traveling, skiing, RVing, hiking, biking, and spending time at the lake.

Across Oregon ECSE programs, expectations keep growing—while resources stay the same. Discover how Jackson County EI/ECSE strategically reassigned teacher roles to serve as dedicated Service Coordinators, enhancing family partnerships, easing therapist caseload pressures, and fostering sustainable work–life balance for staff.
Objectives:
1. Understand the current landscape of ECSE services in Oregon and Jackson County EI/ECSE’s response to it.
2. Identify how dedicated Service Coordinators benefited therapists’ workload, job satisfaction & improved services to families.
3. Learn how to advocate for dedicated Service Coordinators in your program!
Target audience and experience level: Intermediate - Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), OT, PTs, team leaders and Administrators.
*Sessions are open to all registrants regardless of experience level or roles.
